FAQ’S: GENERAL
Where is Overflow taking place?
Overflow Conference 2025 is being held on the campus of sword of the spirit ministries located at 300 Kensington Ave Buffalo, ny 14214
When is overflow conference happening?
this years overflow conference is taking place Friday through Saturday October 17th - October 18th, 2025. The conference will begin Friday in the evening on October 17th and go all day Saturday beginning at 9:30am and ending after the final evening session on October 19th, 2024.
What age is Overflow geared towards?
The recommended age range for Overflow is 12 years and up, however, the sessions are geared towards junior high, high school and young adult aged students.
what should I bring to overflow conference?
Bring your Bible and money to purchase Overflow event merch.*Overflow conference and ablaze movement is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Is seating assigned at Overflow Conference?
All tickets for overflow conference are general seating. Doors open 30 minutes before each session and are first come first serve. For large groups of 30 or more, you can contact us ahead of to have seats reserved for your group.
Is child care available at overflow conference?
Childcare is not available. Please make outside arrangements (for children younger then 12 years age) if you plan on attending.
Is there is a fee to park?
No. Parking is free on site at venue.

FAQ’S: REGISTRATION
What does the Overflow registration cost include?
Registration includes access to all event general sessions, workshops and activities. Registration does not include accommodations or meals.
Are there any registration discounts available?
We encourage you to take advantage of our early bird registration rate. See the REGISTER page for details.
Can we register for a portion of Overflow (i.e. the main session, a single day, etc.)?
No. For the value of our delegates, Overflow is a closed, all-inclusive weekend-long event.
Do youth leaders, and chaperones have to pay the full registration cost?
Yes. All who attend are required to pay. All who come, whether they are youth leaders, chaperones will benefit from the ministry of the weekend.
Can children under the age of 12 attend Overflow?
We do not encourage parents to bring their small children to Overflow, as there is no childcare available and the venue is loud. However, any children attending will have to be registered at the current registration rate - there are no discounts available for children, and they do not get into the event for free. One exception: infants (under the age of 1) will be permitted into the event at no charge. (Please keep in mind that the venue is LOUD).
Can youth attend without chaperones?
No. We ask that all youth under 18 attend with a chaperone and are under the supervision of a youth group.
FAQ’S: ALTAR MINISTRY
Guidelines
During our time together at Overflow, we want to make sure that times of altar ministry are as smooth and effective as possible. There will be several opportunities for altar ministry. For those of you who respond and come to the altar, these times are not only important to you, but to us as well. It’s a time when you can encounter Jesus, His presence, and His power. We take it very seriously who prays for you and what takes place at the altar which why we believe it should be dne decently and in order.
WE WANT TO TAKE A MOMENT TO GET EVERYONE ACQUAINTED WITH THE PROTOCOL
FOR ALTAR MINISTRY:
• Only altar workers with event lanyards should be praying for students during times of altar ministry.
• If you are a youth leader/chaperone, you are allowed to pray with your group at the altar.
• Youth leaders please pray for your group only unless you are other-wise instructed.
• We ask guys pray with guys, and girls pray with girls unless in groups where two or more of each gender is present.
• If a situation or concern should arise please find a ministry leader wearing a conference lanyard.

pre-registering in advance. Space is limited and is first
come first serve until all available registrations are
full.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION COST?
ARE ANY SESSIONS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC?
No. Registration is required to attend any or all of the conference.
DO YOUTH LEADERS HAVE TO REGISTER?
Yes. All who attend must be registered.
We do not encourage parents to bring their small children to Overflow, as there is no child care
available. However, any children attending will have to beregistered as part of the event. One exception: infants (under the age of 3) will be permitted into the event
with parents.
CAN CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ATTEND?
WHO CAN ATTEND OVERFLOW OVERFLOW CONFERENCE?
Overflow is geared towards students ages 12-22. Though
anyone can attend, Overflow is a youth conference and
encourage adults who attend to be youth leaders or youth
workers.

registration page. Regfox is the event registration site for Overflow.
2. Once on the registration page click the type of ticket you
want to purchase and enter registrant information.
3. If registering more then one person, click save registrant
and repeat the process for each person you are registering.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once your
registration is completed.
