• Make sure your students are chaperoned at all times.
• The Youth Pastor/leader will be responsible for the conduct of his or her students.
• Cut off date to book rooms in the OVERFLOW block of rooms is September 23rd.
• All rates are flat rates (up to 4 people to a room).
